Areál U Cementárny je veřejně přístupné sportovně rekreační zařízení určené pro laický sport i širokou sportovní veřejnost. Součástí In line areálu je oválný závodní 200 m okruh se speciálním povrchem a 400 m asfaltový okruh ve tvaru nepravidelného oválu. Dále také víceúčelové hřiště, dětské hřiště, streetball stěna, boulderingové stěny, přístupné travnaté plochy a rekreační in-line komunikace ve tvaru nepravidelného oválu v délce 895 m.
